- Divide the District Into 12 Sub Districts which are based upon Geographical boundaries. Each of these
12 Districts will have a designated person who will report directly to my office. Most importantly the
designated person will be chosen by the community and they will be required to work -- not just hae a
title. - I will hold bi-monthly meetings for you to speak directly to me. At least one of these meetings will be
at night. - Assist In The Development of Community Leaders for Political Office.

LAWSUIT UPDATE
A lawsuit has been filed in Federal Court challenging the 5% or 15,061 signatures
requirement for Independent candidates to be placed on the ballot. I believe this is
unconstitutional as it was designed to keep power between the two major parties.
U.S. District Court No. 1 08-CV-2755. Hopeful this lawsuit will be resolved in our
favor prior to the election. However, I have qualified as a Write-In Candidate so
if you don't see my name write it in.
